We took our picture in front of this WW2 "gun." If my husband were around, or my oldest son awake, I would have more info. about this "piece of machinery." So war is not my thing. I'm glad it interests my husband and son, but I didn't exactly listen to Ryan's long explanation about this "thing."

The end is near
Well, the time had come to leave Utah after all the fun things we had done and all the people we had seen. We repacked the car with all the treat necessities and hit the road. We spent many fun hours in the car laughing on this day, because all the driving must have given us the giggles! We decided that Vail, Colorado is the most beautiful town on earth and we would love to stay in a cabin there someday.

At one point, the van started making some weird noises, so Ryan pulled over and said he was going to take a look under the hood. I busted up laughing, because Ryan is NOT mechanical. He grinned and said, "you want to take a picture of me looking important?" So I snapped this picture during the 30 seconds that he glanced around under the hood. Then he got back in the car and informed me, "it all looks good to me!"
Rolling suitcases . . .I would love to thank whoever invented them.
