Just call me Betty

I've been a regular Betty Crocker lately and I'm right proud. I made these Beef Short Ribs this past weekend, and impressed my family (actually the kids all moaned, but my husband was proud!) with the homemade sauces and mixture of yummy veggies.
Over General Conference weekend, we ate and ate and ate. For breakfast, Cinnamon Blueberry Muffins, Bacon and Potato Breakfast Casserole and this yummy fruit tray. For lunch, chips with 7-layer Bean Dip, and for dinner homemade Emapanadas (I even made the dough from scratch!). I had to take a picture of my fruit tray to show this cute little number I bought at the store the other day. You can't really see the cuteness with all the fruit added. :)

I haven't exactly been cooking low-fat meals, but I'm enjoying the new recipes!
