Over General Conference weekend, we ate and ate and ate. For breakfast, Cinnamon Blueberry Muffins, Bacon and Potato Breakfast Casserole and this yummy fruit tray. For lunch, chips with 7-layer Bean Dip, and for dinner homemade Emapanadas (I even made the dough from scratch!). I had to take a picture of my fruit tray to show this cute little number I bought at the store the other day. You can't really see the cuteness with all the fruit added. :)I haven't exactly been cooking low-fat meals, but I'm enjoying the new recipes!
