Can I get a "woot woot"?

After much sweating, eating nutritous foods and dedicating myself to being more healthy, I have now lost 8 pounds and several inches on my waist and thighs.  That means I'm half-way to my goal of losing 15 pounds this summer!  It feels so good to be in a routine of exercising every day because I honestly look forward to my daily workouts.

I was especially excited this week when I realized that I haven't been at this healthy weight since before I got pregnant with Logan.  That's almost 5 years, people.  I am totally going to toot my own horn on this achievement.
