Oh my goodness, I am sore. I'm back to working out as often as possible with Tristan, a personal trainer. He helps me do weight training and then I'm supposed to do cardio on the off days (that doesn't often happen). I think my "Easter break" from working out took a real toll on me. I can barely walk, but then I can barely sit too. I have to admit, though, that it's a good kind of pain.
Four of my high school friends and I started a blog together where we have to post the amount/type of exercise we did that day. We've each set our personal goals and are hoping to motivate each other to accomplish them. My goals are to do weight training 3 times a week, so if my schedule doesn't allow me to work out with Tristan, I need to do some of the exercises at home. Also, I'm going to be walking/biking the trail by my house when possible. Yes, I know that goals shouldn't have the words "when possible" in them, but it's the best I can do for now. Between my 4 kids, house, yard and job that's cleverly titled Primary President, I'm barely staying afloat!

I'm so glad we are doing the daily blog. I think it will motivate all of us. I think "when possible" is a great way to look at goals because it is more realistic. Keep it up!
My calves are honestly killing me. I look like such an idiot walking around. I hope I can return to normal tomorrow.
i love that we are doing our blog too! keep posting any tips you get from your trainer..
Good for you for even doing it! I wish I had the time to - I know it will be catching up to me any day now... I'm just waiting for it to hit. :)
I was going to mention that on Tuesday night at our meeting, you looked super skinny. Whatever you've been doing has been working.
Good for you Ali! I love being sore from exercise! You can do it, you are super woman!
