Arabian Nights

The girls performed in the production of Alladin Jr. twice this past weekend.  Although the girls did not have large parts in the play, they enjoyed the experience of participating in the community event.  This was Lindsey's first year to be in a play, since the requirement is to be at least 7 years old.  I love that my kids learn lessons by their participation, such as overcoming fear, listening, memorization and supporting peers.  We knew many of the other kids involved in the play, so the kids had a blast hanging out with their buddies during the practices held every evening for the past month.
