It's not a real family portrait session without a lot of drama in the hours leading up to the shoot. The drama of this day included me having the flu and the boys in the family complaining incessantly about having to get dressed up and smile for a camera. Buck up, boys, and quit your whining. By the time the photo sessions start, I always want to scream "Everyone shut up and look like we're a happy family!" Haha!
He's no dummy, he knows he rules the house.
This picture was taken after Lindsey ran through a muddy area and ruined her dress. I guess she was jealous of the drama created when Logan got muddy at our last photo shoot in October, 2010 (which is why he was only wearing his underwear for a couple pictures)!

And just for kicks, we reenacted the race from our last photo shoot. We now have a tradition of celebrating the end of our smile session by running back to the car before eating dinner at the boy's restaurant of choice (since they are the whiny ones being forced to smile)!
