Winter Vacation part 3 started when the kids got sent home early on Wednesday because a little snow had fallen. I kid you not, this is what it looked like outside when my girls came walking off the bus. I can hear all you Utahns laughing.

Winter Vacation, part 3 . . .please don't let there be a 4
I love having my kids home. When I'm not dealing with a deep chest cold. So for the love of every sick mother in Missouri, please keep our children at school when it's snowing.

And this is what it looked like the next morning, when school was cancelled again. Now this I understand a little more because of all the people who live farther out in the country and have a difficult time maneuvering their cars in the white powder. But it still wasn't much fun when I found myself needing to entertain my children instead of cutting off my super congested head.
