Brevan and
Brynlie performed in the first annual Upbeat Music Co. Christmas Concert this year. Brenda did an amazing job organizing the concert and teaching the kids many songs. There was a great turn-out of audience members.

It didn't take long for my "sensory issues" boy to be extremely bothered by the material on the Santa hat. He started flipping it inside out.
After
Brevan solved the hat dilemma, he began "dancing" while everyone else stood still and sang. It made me smile to see his personality come out!
Of course, when it wasn't his turn to
perform,
Brevan thought he would die of boredom. Come to find out later that night, he was starting to get sick. He spent the night throwing up in the bathroom. Poor guy.
Lindsey and Logan sat in the aisle to watch the show. How cute are they? I especially like Lindsey's crack that's showing!

Alleluia" seriously! The arms kept rising higher and higher.
Cute Brenda Simmons, who leads the choir. I love her!
The kids were so excited that Mrs. Lisa Haney took time to attend their concert. She is like their surrogate grandma out here in Missouri! She is the most amazing teacher I've ever known.

First of all...it's so nice to see a picture of Lisa. When we first moved here we would get all kinds of calls for Lisa and Ed:) one day I'll have to meet her-I hear she is wonderful!
I didn't notice breven and the hat issue. But I did love watching him conduct-He was so very serious about it:) I love the picture of Logan and Linsey:)
