What happened to the beautiful fall weather?

Suddenly it is WINTER here! Yesterday was the first "Upbeat Music" performance at Halloween Hallows, and it was barely above freezing! The poor kids were so cold that they could barely sing and do the actions to the songs. Brenda did such a great job teaching the kids the cute songs!

Logan was a bit scared of Spongebob, but agreed to wave at him.

And these pictures are here because I just love my baby's hair. The color, texture, curls . . .and I never have to do a thing with it to make it look good. I'm so jealous of him!

Ryan had his yearly review at work last week. In case I haven't given him props lately, I'm so proud of him. He is without a doubt the hardest worker I've ever known, and I'm so glad he is appreciated at his work. He has such great work ethic. Almost every time I deal with someone in a customer service role at a business, I think about how much better Ryan would have handled the situation. I'm just so proud of him!

Other fun happenings this week included the first Book Club meeting at my house, which went really well and was a lot of fun! Friday was date night so Ryan and I got sushi and did some clothes shopping. On Saturday night I went out to dinner with a couple good girl friends at my favorite Mexican restaurant. Besides the fact that I was sick on Sunday, it was a perfect week!
