He's getting so tall . . . about 5'8" already and growing quickly. He's still as forgetful as ever, but has the funniest sense of humor. He gets himself up early in the morning (at 5:45) to get ready for school and is ready to go when I get out of bed at 6:20 to have a prayer with him and get him on the bus. His grades are near-perfect, he has some great friends (Clayton and Tanner), he loves the extra-curricular activities he's involved with, and he can't wait for the day when a girl notices his existence. So basically, he's well-rounded and doing exceptionally well.
He helped Ryan and my Dad put up the basketball hoop a couple weeks ago and then played ball with Grandpa. We figure it's a tradition at this point to have my Dad put up our hoops, since he helped us put up the hoop at our Kearney house too!
